New Projects Approved

The PEF Board of Trustees recently approved the following project during their 29th Regular Meeting last May 26, 2005:

  1. Project Title: Zamboanga City Partnership and Access Center
    Proponent: Zamboanga Coalition of Development NGOs
    Project Site: Zamboanga City
    Project Duration: 3 years
    Amount Approved: PhP 10,067,000

    Target Beneficiaries: 1000 farmers, 2500 fisherfolk, 1000 rural/urban poor, and 1490 micro-entrepreneurs

  2. Project Title: Partnership and Access Center Establishment in the Province of Eastern Samar
    Proponent: Eastern Samar Coalition of NGOs and POs
    Project Site: Eastern Samar
    Project Duration: 3 years
    Amount Approved: PhP 5,585,400

    Target Beneficiaries: 1604 landless farmers, 400 fisherfolk, 2600 micro-entrepreneurs, 2469 multi-sectoral households, 60 wage earners

  3. Project Title: Rental Housing for Livelihood Project
    Proponent: Alliance for Land and Livelihood for the Rural and Urban Poor of Cebu
    Project Site: Metro Cebu
    Project Duration: 3 years
    Amount Approved: PhP 3,860,000

    Target Beneficiaries: urban poor communities in Metro Cebu
