Priority

Within the batch of proposals being screened, which proposals have better chances of success and should be prioritized for field appraisal?

Viability

Is the project proposal viable, sustainable, and replicable? What changes are necessary in project?

ED Approval

Does the project merit PEF financial assistance in the amount requested or recommended? (< 150 k)

Excom/BOT Approval

Does the project merit PEF financial assistance in the amount requested or recommended? (Excom: 150 K to 2M) (BOT: > 2M)
