The Project Proposal Format describes what the project is all about and how it intends to address the issue of poverty. This document would serve as the basis for PEF in deciding whether to continue appraising the project for possible funding or not.

Business Plan for Income Generating Projects

The Business Plan for IGP is used to describe the small enterprise components of projects submitted to the Peace and Equity Foundation for support. These enterprises may be : MANUFACTURING (Single Product or Multiple Products); VENDING/BUY-AND-SELL (Wholesale or Retail); SERVICE AND FARMING (AGRIBUSINESS).
Project Status Report
As part of its monitoring, proponents are expected to submit Project Status Report on a regular basis. The report presents an over-all assessment of the project in relation to the accomplishment of objectives, fund usage, and compliance with the Terms and Conditions attached to the project.
Accompanying the narrative report are the following Financial Reports:
- Expenditure and Budget Performance Report
- Status of Counterpart Contribution
- Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Fund Balances
- Statement of Revenues, Expenses, and Changes in Fund Balance

Quick Statistics Report - Microfinance
The report provides an evaluation of microfinance projects based on key variables. Proponents that are implementing microfinance projects are expected to submit this report regularly.
